Stupid Sports Injuries
Dan Patrick and Rob Dibble were commenting on athletes with stupid injuries that went against their contract or athletes that were placed on injured reserve for stupid freak accidents. They mentioned the recent Aaron Boone, Jeff Kent, and JayWilliams incidents. However, they forgot about one bizarre story about an NBA player named Moochie Norris. On 3-4-99, Norris was placed on the injured list due to “insomnia” and was eventually waived by the Seattle SuperSonics on 3-23-99. He is now playing for the Houston Rockets.
