Should I Skip Church All This Month and the first weekend in November? I have really been asking myself this question lately as I wonder if the message preached from the pulpit (and many others across America) will turn from a sermon from the Bible for everyday living to a sermon purposely worded by legal eagles of the Christian Coalition to indirectly endorse a political candidate in order to keep the 501c3 status? It’s Time for:

Our pastors to quit being politicians.
Our prophets to quit being psychologists
Our evangelists to quit being physicians
Our apostles to quit being CEO’s
Our teachers to quit being patriarchs

How can this be done, by re-learning to preach the full Gospel to the whole world.

Charley, Frances, Ivan (Key West), and now Jeanne. Four Hurricanes in 2004. OOOH, I could get really ‘elijah listy’ and call this the Four in 04 Hurricane Prophecy and write a spiritual numberological thesis but I would not stoop so low (Bill Yount and / or Joni Ames probably will). However, this thought came into my mind and is open for discussion here (both sides):
