Onward, Forward, Toward…

Dan Edelen over at Cerulean Sanctum has written an excellent article entitled On Millstones and Disconnects, Part 1 that talks about the church and it’s ministry methods in a time of personal tragedy and grief.

In reference to the past two articles I wrote abot the emergents (part one of “The Emergents and The Lost Generation” and “Labels”), I began to think about some facts that I read when I went and researched the lives of the majority of the authors that comprised the Lost Generation (except for the life of John Dos Passos whose first wife died tragically in an automobile accident):
