Andrew Strom of revivalschool.com sent out an e-mail the other day entitled “Prophetic Depression” that talked alot about the state of today’s prophetic church.

There is a reason why Abraham went to a land of his ancestors to find a wife for Isaac to be comforted after Sarah had died.
There is a reason why Boaz redeemed Ruth.
There is a reason why Solomon wooed the Shulamite woman.
There is a reason why Hosea went after Gomer (and did it again).
There is a reason for creating Cain’s wife out of the blue and never explaining where she came from.
