Onward, Forward, Toward…

I just got finished reading over at this page that Dionne Warwick (of the Psychic Friends Network fame) has released a Gospel CD. I wonder if she ever repented of her involvement with that divination via the infomercials she did for the now bankrupt Psychic Friends network.

I find it interesting that the Bible never mentions anything about what happened on the Saturday after Jesus was crucified and before the Sunday that he rose from the dead except for these verses out of Matthew 27:62-66….

As I thought more and more about the Dr. Michael Horton video in my last post where he discusses purposes versus promises, I realized something when he made the statement around 1:03 in the video when he stated:

Purposes arise from within us, promises come down from somewhere else.
