Onward, Forward, Toward... the blog from availablelightonline.com, is the documentation of the journey out of the charismatic and third wave movements into a Reformed Theology emphasizing Godly and Scriptural guidelines concerning the Holy Spirit and Spiritual Gifts.
A great article from Steve Camp’s site.
I was reading a person talk about how you have to ’spit out the bones’ when partaking of certain theologies. As I thought about this, I began to notice what people really do when they have a T-Bone, NY Strip, or a bone-in Ribeye steak….
Very simple, they cut the meat from around the bone and eat the meat. Nobody ever tries to swallow the bone.
The key point here is that you never partake of any bones in the first place therefore you never have to spit the bones out to begin with. Why can’t we do this theologically? Why can’t we look at the bones to see if there is meat there that can be seperated to begin with and seperate it before it enters the body?
These pragmatic people who tell you to ’spit out the bones’ while swallowing the meat are really deceiving us into an ‘anything goes’ theology where we seperate after the meat-bone mixture is already inside us when we are supposed to do the seperating beforehand. In fact, their entire theological mindset is around eating ‘meat’ hoping there isn’t a bone there to begin with that they have to spit out but be prepared to spit the bone out.
So don’t do the ’swallow meat - spit out bones’ routine. Instead, cut the bones away before eating, swallowing, and embracing the meat to where you have pure meat to begin with. Same thing applies with Biblical teachings, cut the bones and junk away from the teaching before eating, swallowing, and embracing the teaching. Some teachings, you will find out that there is no meat present, just bone…..
In this post on my blog, I mentioned a man named Robert Ricciardelli who had made a couple of comments on two blogs about the healings that were supposed to have happened at Lakeland.
Now Ricciardelli has now responded to a post over at Andrew Strom’s forum and has revealed some interesting stuff above and beyond what was mentioned on the two blogs late last week.
From Ricciardelli’s first response
so far it looks like the Father is giving us a sense that we may not to be a part of the ICA if Peter and the leadership do not reconsider their impromptu decision to jump into the Lakeland stream, when many of us warned him not to. It was a mistake to coronate, when they needed to father and correct Bentley from the direction he is heading others into. It just put more fuel in his errant tank.
I am praying for Todd, because he really is an evangelist, and he is a gifted evangelist. But he cannot go on embellishing, speaking untruths, hyping, manipulating, shoving, kicking, slapping, leg dropping, and bamming his way on the pulpit without consequences. God will not be mocked, and Todd and others must answer to Him for everyone led astray.
The biggest thing about Lakeland is the lack of the fear of our Awesome God, lack of repentance and humility. Many have exchanged the truth for a lie and chosen experience over content. Angels, trances, and 3rd heaven focus has replaced the gospel as a focus… Lord do what only you can do to bring your divine alignment to all of us in Jesus name.. Amen
From Ricciardelli’s second response
…..To answer your question, yes there is at least a dozen ICA members that I know of that are extremely concerned at Peters endorsement and more to follow as the nonsense continues. The transferring of anointing, the focus on man bringing anything but the gospel is amazing and sad. I think once we have the Spirit of God in us, that man cannot give us any more of Him.
Keep in mind that many people have not even watched the Revival because of their own agenda’s, but if Peter Wagner, Bill Johnson, and some distinguished members of the Who’s Who in Charimania say it is all good, then people just go with it. Some have begun to see the You Tubes and other information and begun to change. Some go as far as to claim it as deception, others say it is a move of God that needs correction.
It is my opinion that it was man orchestrated and demonically influenced from the very beginning. The worship has been good and Roy Fields is an awesome worship leader, so many in the worship and even watching from afar can sense God in the worship of His people. The truth is God has been engaged in the worship and has touched and healed some. This is why it has been so confusing to some. I have heard the Roy Fields has stated a few times that when the worship ends, God’s presence leaves the platform, and then Todd Bentley operates void of His presence. That is why most all of what they have claimed cannot be verified, because it just is not happening.
We have heard a few people getting well, being touched and so on. There is a church here in North Carolina that brought 27 sick down there for a week. Some with cancer, leukemia, diabetes and such. None got healed and most were worst when they came back. The emperor is not wearing any clothes and the truth must be known. Many are claiming that Todd js the new thing that God is doing. Thre fact is he is still operating in the old thing, and operating with less integrity and character than the previous one man shows.
God is about nameless and faceless people who are operating without any agenda but the Lords. Preaching about the King and His Kingdom, and moving supernaturally after Him, and as they do, signs and wonders follow. The problem in Charismania is that they seek the sign, they seek the thrill, they seek the craft supply quality gold dust, feathers and gems. They may get the chills and frills, but leave with nothing more than goose bumps and really little spiritual change. When they seek the King, the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, you begin to see transformation take place at the heart level. This is God’s way and always has been…..
Ladies and Gentlemen, I believe that we are starting to see the truth here. I believe that the light is shining into darkness.
Thank you Robert Ricciardelli for sharing your heart. May God continue to richly bless you and may you be protected from all evil and harm in the name of Jesus for the bold step you have taken.
On this Sunday’s (7-20-08) “In Touch With Charles Stanley”, Stanley discussed the topic of “Dealing With False Teachers”. This is some good teaching that especially can be applied to the Florida Outpouring. Click here to read the sermon notes.
Click here (this week only) to watch the tv show.

part 2
part 3
My buddy ‘Triple-P’ sent me this link that I could hardly believe until I actually saw it. I guess, per this Wal Mart product description that the term “swimming pool” has now been made politically correct via the term ‘family swim center’
What’s next, a ‘family worship center’? OOPs, we have lots of those…
Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee’s Baccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccck
After a one week vacation, Todd came back to the Lakeland Revival Friday Night. The way the official e-mail read, it was like a long sabbatical. But one week!!!! Therefore, the press release is deceptive. One week is defined as ‘vacation and rest’. “some time off to refresh and to rest from the Florida Outpouring after nearly one hundred days of ministry. The Lakeland meetings will continue and Todd will remain the leader of this move of God” is defined as sabbatical. Therefore, the official e-mail was deceptive in that regard.
However, it was announced as of August 23rd, Todd will no longer be in Lakeland every night. His plans seem to be geared towards traveling, spreading, and imparting the glory and the anointing throughout America and the world. In fact, Stephen Strader’s July 19, 2008 e-mail states that he wants to
encourage everyone who can to get into as many of these final services in the TENT!
Sounds like the tent is coming down.

Tullian Tchividjian, grandson of Billy and Ruth Graham and pastor of New City Church in Margate, Fla. has been bold to come out and say ““I have no problem going on record and saying this guy is a false prophet … with a capital ‘F,’” — Good for you Tullian!!!!! You make your family and Billy proud of you.
Soli Dei Gloria reported on the now famous Rodney Howard Browne prophecy that came forth at Lakeland.
Wolf Tracks, church warnings, The Lakeland Quotes Blog, Deception Bytes, The Revivalschool.com forums, Sola Dei Gloria, Living In The Way, Miriam, Herescope, The Grey Coats, whatsup?, and Theology Today still defend the faith.
I am now seeing more and more at “pro-Lakeland Revival” forums is the deeming of those who disagree with the Florida Outpouring as “hate-filled”. Sounds like they are using Clintonistism tactics that they denounced in the 1990’s.

Hank Hhaanneeggrraaff (actually “Hanegraaff”) talks Todd Bentley (Do you think Hanegraaff looks like David Letterman?).

This blog post has a comment by Robert Ricciardelli (within the block discussing comment #6) where he reveals that
Truth is there are very few people being healed in LAkeland. I have worked with Charisma Magazine editor Lee Grady in discovering how many flase reports have been released as facts. These are our brtohers and sister invovled in this, but this move of God has been a move of men with God still touching some who come to seek Him…

Robert Ricciardelli has also commented at this blog in comment #6
We have investigated the 20 plus “raised from the dead” claims as we want to report them to the media, and they cannot be verified, but were only called in, or sent in from an email. This is not repsonsible reporting, and leaves many questions, which also adds to the claims of hype and embellishment.
Anti-Christ of the week ending 7-19-08 is:

Allegedly injured through no fault of his own according to this article.
