It’s time for the annual ALO / OFT Salvation Army Red Kettle drive.

I’m hosting a Salvation Army Online Red Kettle again this year and collecting donations for the Salvation Army to help those in need this Christmas. My Kettle is just like those Red Kettles you see when you’re out shopping, but it’s online.

If you’d like to donate, look at the bottom of the right-hand column, you will see a picture of the Salvation Army’s famous red kettle. If you would like to donate online to the Salvation Army, you can click on the red kettle and you will be forwarded to the Salvation Army donation web page.

From there you will have a choice of:

Donating to the Salvation Army in my hometown (Southeastern NC)

Donating to your local Salvation Army

Donating to a local Salvation Army elsewhere

If you choose to make a donation to the Salvation Army, the online e-commerce system automatically generates an e-gift acknowledgment and sends it via email to the address provided when the online gift is made. This receipt is generated in a PDF format that can be printed for the donor’s tax purposes.

100% of donations go directly to the Salvation Army and ALO / OFT does not receive any favors, goods, or services as a result of hosting an online red kettle.
