When A Prophecy Contradicts Itself

7 February 2009 2 Comments

Usually when you read a prophecy, you can usually discern if it is true or not.

However, this prophecy contradicts itself throughout

(1): The iron ship is not Old Ironsides. Old Ironsides was made out of wood and not iron and therefore can not rust.

(2): When applying ‘rust blocker’, one usually sands the rust, cleans the surface, and then applies the rust blocker.

(3): If you go to the USA Hummer webpage (since this ‘prophecy’ is supposed to be about America) and look at all the available models and their colors, you will discover that none of the models are available in yellow.

(4): If the Hummer represents strength, then why is it one of the divisions rumored to be axed by General Motors due to weak sales and the fact that America is moving from a nation of ‘excess’ to a nation of being ‘lean’?

Amazing, if a real prophet ever appeared in their midst. They would not even know it.

What this is, in my opinion (and experience), is the result of people desperately wanting to be part of something important so that they can feel they have contributed something with meaning and value. The sad thing is that they sincerely feel they are working for “the Kingdom,” but they are simply replacing God’s love with a counterfeit sense of accomplishment.

    Good to see you again.

That statement you made is so true. The worst part is that most of these so-called prophecies are really ‘trends’ that these people have added Bible verses to in order to sound more ’spiritual’.
