Meet The New Boss…

Same as the old Boss…

The Who once said those words at the very end of their classic song “Won’t Get Fooled Again”. An anthem depicting how much “change” is gonna come but in the long run, nothing changes….

Now we have just learned from this St. Petersburg Times article that Randy White (citing medical reasons) has stepped down from Without Walls International Church in Tampa and guess who is going to take his place?

Hey Hey Paula….

Yes, that is correct. Paula, the ex-wife is going to be the new Senior Pastor.

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss…….

And that is the way they really want it to be….. The Same. Especially in the midst of their past life choices of the divorce, Paula buying T.D. Jakes the Bentley, the death of Randy’s daughter from a previous marriage, the Grassley Six Investigation, the foreclosure that did not happen, and the ESPN Outside The Lines expose.

All these things brought about “changes” but not necessarily reform and it appears now that the church wants to be the same even though it talks about changes.

New pastor, same ole stuff. And I haven’t even talked about Scripture forbidding women behind the pulpit…. That’s another topic in and of itself

    That sentence has been a past experience. “Changes” came but the change was only in semantics and not in the change of actual policy.

    Great point. I really believe that Christians need to start learning again about sovereignty, destiny, and providence.

    On a side note. Your church web page is pretty awesome in aesthetics. I fell in love with the layout when I surfed through the web page.

    Also, we have often said follow the $$$$$$$$ and Paula brings in the $$$$$$ which is what the corporation need to feed the macheen!!
