TRAILWAY TO TEMPLE Part one
In the first five parts of the "TtoT" series, I have discussed and clearly defined the works of sin and legalism in postmodern society today. The sins and legalisms in today's culture are nothing new. In fact, their root is in the same old natures discussed and dealt with in the Scriptures. As I stated previously, the concept of totem is, in a brief summary, "A once organic and mobile being possessing life that has now became death and stationary in tribute to a past lifestyle creating a state of idolatry based on the peculiar relationship to the previous lifestyles." The concept of taboo is "A system of rules embedded in one's culture that is actually a prohibition from an action that when breached, brings forth supernatural punishment and/or the unleashing of supernatural dangers." The concept of tresspass / transgression is "The act or an instance of overstepping a defined boundary of committing a sin. To go beyond a specified limit of what is considered right or morally committing a wrongful action against another person or God Almighty." The concept of temptation is "the external forces and desires that influence our internal freewill choices". The concept of tattoo is "tattoo is the permanent markings left behind by our actions, choices, and our experiences." Totem is referring to the actual act of death. Taboo is referring to the sinful actions prohibited by scriptures. Tresspass / Transgression deals with the specific freewill act of committing the sin. Temptation deals with the factors that motivate us to sin. Tattoo is referring to the results we reap based on what we have sowed.
Webster's Dictionary defines the word trail as "The process of making a pathway on the earth to where others can repeatedly walk through or create in order for others to safely walk through." Where totem dealt with the actual passing from life to death, where taboo dealt with the rules of prohibition of an action, where tresspass / transgression deals specifically with the actual act of committing a sin, where temptation deals with the external forces and desires that influence our internal freewill choices, where tatoo is the permament markings left behind by our actions, choices, and our experiences, and tribalisms deals with bringing back old primitive and ungodly customs and rituals 'sanitized' as 'of God', trailway is the pathway that leads us to the thing we need to desire most. That objective, along with fullness of life in Christ, is the following of Christ into living ourselves as a pure and holy obedient person in order to be the temple of Christ God has called us to be.
If you are not a Christian or are a Christian that has backslidden to the point of needing to rededicate your life to Christ, please Click here for part two of Trailway to Temple and read the contents and surrender your life to Jesus. Without surrendering your life to God and making Jesus Christ the King of Kings and Lord of Lords in your life first, there is no way that you can take the trailway to temple life and flee the path to totem that you are currently traveling.
If you know that you are already a Christian, please Click here for part three of Trailway to Temple to continue this series.
